In addition, the nitrogen in the eggs is oxidized, which increases the risk of cancer.
Therefore, according to nutritionists, it is not right to eat either cooked or fried eggs hot for the second time.

2.Rice
Rice should not be eaten for the second time or reheated.
According to a study by the UK’s Food Standards Agency, if rice is kept at normal temperatures for more than an hour after cooking, a type of bacteria called Bacillus sirius begins to form.
Reheating the leftover rice does not kill the bacteria.
Rather the bacterial spores continue to reproduce and at one stage can produce enterotoxins that can cause food poisoning.

Option:
Since rice is the main food of Bengalis, you can cook it a little before it is time to eat. If this is not possible, you can refrigerate the rice and take it out shortly before eating and return it to normal temperature. 3.Burning Oil
Oil cannot be used a second time
Many of us leave the remaining oil at the end of cooking or frying for the next meal. When the oil is overheated for frying, the composition of the oil changes and toxic substances are formed in it.
This oil is bad for the heart. This oil is responsible for making bad cholesterol in the blood i.e. atherosclerosis. So avoid eating on the side of the road or on the sidewalk.
Because most of the food on the sidewalk is made with firewood. Besides, you have to give up the habit of cooking with firewood at home.

May cause acidity, heartburn, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, sore throat.
There is also a risk of carcinogenic cancer from the free radicals that are formed when the oil used once is used in cooking again.
Option:
Oil is an essential ingredient in cooking anything.
After cooking, the remaining oil can be cooled and stored in an airtight container. Sifting will remove food residue in the oil, which would quickly destroy the oil.
Before re-using burnt oil, note that if the color of the oil becomes darker, thicker than usual, sticky and comparatively more smoky, it cannot be used, it should be discarded.
4.Chicken meat
It is not okay to reheat chicken
From E. coli to Salmonella, various bacteria begin to grow rapidly on chickens. So if the chicken is not cooked or preserved properly, it is dangerous to eat the chicken.
When the chicken meat is reheated, the properties of the protein in the chicken meat change.
The altered properties of proteins combine amino and nitrates in meat to form nitrosamines, which are thought to cause cancer.

Digestive problems can even cause cancer.
Option:
If there is anything left after eating, keep it in the fridge. You can take it down to normal temperature before eating. And if you have to eat it hot, heat it in the oven for a little longer.
5. Potatoes
Reheating potatoes is bad for your health
If the nutritious potato is kept at room temperature for a long time after cooking, its nutritional value starts to deteriorate. Reheating increases the health risk.
Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates and heat sensitive vitamins, such as vitamin B complex and vitamin C.
Reheating reduces the levels of these vitamins. Again, botulism (a rare type of bacterium) can occur.
When the potatoes are cooked at room temperature for more than 2 hours, the breeding ground for the bacteria becomes effective. There is a risk of food poisoning.

Dizziness, sickness, upset stomach, indigestion, respiratory diseases and muscular dystrophy.
6. Spinach
Spinach should not be eaten hot for the second time
Spinach is rich in iron and nitrate.
Reheating cooked spinach breaks down this nitrate into nitrites and other carcinogenic substances.
These compounds cause the presence of methemoglobinemia, which affects the level of oxygen in the body. These nitrites can be converted to nitrosamines.

Stomach upset, risk of cancer.
Option:
If you have to be reheating food after cook, you have to cool it immediately after cooking.
It should be stored at a temperature below 5 degrees Celsius. This will prevent the conversion of nitrate to nitrosamine.
7. Tea
It is not okay to reheat tea
We drink tea at any time in our daily life.
However, many people reheat tea once it has cooled down, which is very harmful. Because tea contains tannic acid.

May cause liver damage.
Option:
You can put the tea in the flax by giving up the habit of heating the tea again and again.
8. Mushrooms
Mushrooms should not be eaten a second time or reheated
Usually the fiber and enzymes in mushrooms help in digestion.

Option:
Celery, beets and spinach can be kept in the fridge and eaten as per the rules.
And if you have celery and meat in the soup, before heating for the second time, remove the celery and meat and then heat it.
